WHAT IS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?
Virtual Assistants are independent contractors, not employees, who (from a remote location, usually their home or office) support multiple clients in a variety of industries by providing administrative, creative, and technical services.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH TIME YOU ARE SPENDING ON MY WORK?
Elite PA Online uses a time management system which records the exact amount of time spent on each project. It is in my own interest as a business owner, to get work completed as quickly and as accurately as possible, enabling me to move on to the next task. Some projects are package based with a set agreed cost approved prior to starting work.

HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE?
Here at Elite PA Online we can communicate via various apps including Zoom, Skype, Telephone, Messenger, Instagram, Slack, Click Up and Email.
HOW WILL YOU GET TO KNOW ME/MY BUSINESS?
I'm pretty good at getting to know my clients using phone, email and Zoom. To get things started I will ask a range of questions, specially designed to enable me to learn more about you.
HOW MUCH ACCESS WILL I GET TO YOU?
As much as you need – I’m available any time during my normal office hours (9.30am - 3.00pm AWST) and 24hrs a day via email. The idea is that I "feel" just like an employee (i.e. you can contact me whenever you like) but you only pay when I am actually working on a task or project for you.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
I have a standard competitive hourly rate but also offer different rates for different types of projects, and offer a variety of pricing packages to suit the client.
Remember when debating cost, that you are using the services of a small business owner, a highly experienced Executive Assistant who can get the job quickly.
Please also take into consideration the speed and accuracy at which your work will be delivered, compared to that of someone not so experienced (i.e. you may be paying less but the work will take longer) and that you are not responsible for any computer/printer equipment, electrical charges, superannuation, holiday pay or mobile phone costs. All services are tax deductible.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU ARE WORKING IF I CAN'T SEE YOU?
Remember that I am a business owner and as such will treat your projects as if they are my very own projects. A VA has a huge stake in how they perform their work. If a VA does not perform work or satisfactory work then the VA’s own business reputation is damaged. Elite PA Online takes pride in the services that we provide and guarantee that all work will be handled in a timely and professional manner.
IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?
I take precautions to ensure that your information is secure by utilising software programs that are installed on my computer to ensure your projects are secure.
At Elite PA Online I use McAfee Security and Windows firewalls to prevent virus and hacker attempts.
IS MY INFORMATION CONFIDENTIAL?
I take client confidentiality very seriously and pride myself on the trust that past clients have bestowed to me. The confidentiality agreement that we sign, prior to work commencing, offers you complete protection. If required, we can also sign a comprehensive Non Disclosure Agreement, along with a Data Processing Agreement. Please refer to my testimonials relating to this very important subject.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
It depends on my workload at the current time, but I will able to let you know the turnaround time before the start of a project. I work quickly and diligently on basic tasks. If the task requires more time you will be notified prior to the start of the task as to how long it is expected to take. For urgent work or projects, a 30% surcharge will be added to the invoice.

I have an extensive business contact list which we can use to our advantage. Contact me with your request and I will put you in contact with someone who can assist.

Monday - Friday 9.30am - 3.00pm (Western Australia Time)
WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR OTHER CLIENTS TOO?
Yes, I work for a small number of other clients. It's this principle that allows me to offer you this service but without you having to pay a salary. Don't worry though, I have strict data security and confidentiality measures in place.
HOW WILL YOU GET TO KNOW MY BUSINESS AND UNDERSTAND IT?
I have helped numerous business owners with a wide variety of tasks, ranging from simple to extremely complex. My experience enables me to quickly understand the most complicated of requirements. I genuinely want your business to succeed. I make it my business to understand your brand as if it was my own.
WHAT IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE?
Hopefully you won’t be but if for whatever reason you are unhappy with the results, I will offer you a full refund for that particular task.
HOW DO I PAY YOU?
I accept payment via Credit Card or Direct Bank Transfer. Clients on retainer packages are billed monthly prior to work commencing. Hours are not carried over into the next month. Niche projects require an advance non-refundable 30% deposit before work begins.
CAN I MEET YOU?
Of course! We can organise this via a Skype or Zoom call and discuss whether we are a good fit. I am based in the South West region of WA, so a face to face meeting is always possible if you are in the area.
